Frequently Asked Questions
AmplifyOrange is a technology platform that connects eligible adults with independent U.S.-licensed clinicians for weight-management programs. AmplifyOrange is not a pharmacy. A licensed pharmacy partner fills medication only when a provider prescribes it.
You finish the secure health intake online when you start a program. That intake, including any identity check the program requires, is what a licensed provider reviews. Paying at checkout does not take the place of that step.
No. Buying a program or finishing intake does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed clinician must decide that treatment is medically appropriate before any prescription is written.
The Weekly Weight Care Program is $179 per month and the Advanced Weight Care Program is $259 per month if prescribed. That price covers the online clinical consultation, standard shipping after a prescription is approved, program support by secure message, and the routine follow-up the program requires. Laboratory testing and other third-party services are not included unless a plan says so.
Medications in these programs may be compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A licensed clinician may prescribe one for an individual patient when they decide it is clinically appropriate.
You can manage or cancel a program from your account, or by emailing support@amplifyorangerx.com. Whether a refund is available depends on the program status and the cancellation terms in our policies.
Checkout is how you choose a program and authorize payment. The intake is the clinical step attached to that request. A provider reviews a complete intake before any treatment decision, and a pharmacy does not fill anything before that review.
No. A payment or a completed intake is not a prescription. Treatment is issued only if a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate for you.
Many reviews are finished within 24–48 hours after a complete intake is in. If the case is more complex, or the provider needs more information, it can take longer.
You may get a secure message asking for clarification, photos, or laboratory work before a decision. The program stays on hold until the information the provider needs is complete.
If a clinician decides another program is a better fit, that recommendation is handled during clinical review. You do not switch products on your own after payment.
Standard shipping is included in the monthly program price when a prescription is approved and a pharmacy fulfills it. A delivery date is not guaranteed. A replacement shipment is included only when the program specifically says so.
Important: Results vary and depend on multiple factors including diet, exercise, and consistency with the treatment plan. Weight-management medications work best as part of a broader lifestyle approach guided by a licensed provider.
AmplifyOrange is not a medical practice. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A prescription is never guaranteed.
